Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How do I rent your condo?
Answer: First, check availability on our calendar. You may use the contact us form to email us with your request. We will typically verify availability within 24 hours. For rental requirements, please see our rental procedures.

Question: Is there a minimum stay?
Answer: Rentals during the summer months are from Saturday to Saturday only. A minimum 3-night stay is required at all other times.

Question: How big is the condo?
Answer: Our condo is a spacious NON-SMOKING 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit with over 1,100 sq. ft. of living space that will comfortably sleep 4-6 people. Our condo hosts a king size bed in the oceanfront master and two twin beds in the guest room. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Question: Is the condo air-conditioned?
Answer: Our condo offers air conditioning for when the ocean breeze isn’t enough.

Question: Exactly where is your condo located?
Answer: Our oceanfront condo is located on the 7th floor of the North Tower of Ocean Creek’s 57 acre private resort which is directly across from Barefoot Landing. Map

Question: Do we need to bring our own pillows, linens and towels?
Answer: No. We provide pillows, linens, and towels for your convenience. With the exception of beach towels, these items are to remain in the condo not taken to the beach or pool area.

Question: Is there a washer & dryer?
Answer: There is a full size washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board in the condo.

Question: Do I have to clean the place before I leave?
Answer: The condo will be cleaned upon your departure. We ask that you wash the dishes, empty the trash and leave the last day’s linens in the laundry basket.

Question: Are they are any other fees or taxes?
Answer: All fees and taxes are included in the rental rates.

Question: Is a security deposit required?
Answer: Yes, a security deposit in the amount of $200 is required with your final payment. Provided that the condo is free of damage, inventory is re-confirmed, and keys & pool tags are returned; your security deposit will be promptly returned to you.

Question: What time is check in and check out?
Answer: Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. Late check out can be arranged, if available, for a fee during non-summer months.

Question: What is included in the kitchen?
Answer: You will find our kitchen fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, range, oven, and microwave, cookware, dishware, glassware and silverware, toaster, coffee pot, blender and appropriate kitchen utensils.
