General Rental Terms & Information
Weekly reservation required (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Minimum 4 night stay at all other times.

• Rates are based on 4-6 persons.
• You must 25 years of age to rent at Ocean Creek.
• All rates are in U.S. dollars and include all applicable taxes and fees.
• Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a one time cleaning fee of $100.
• Non-refundable Deposit of $200 is due upon reservation with final payment 45 days prior to arrival date along with signed a signed copy of the rental agreement.
• Final payment is due 45 days prior of arrival.
• Cancellation refunds (excluding deposit) are given only if unit is re-rented for the same time frame.
• A refundable Security deposit of $200 is required with final payment. Security deposit is refunded upon receipt of keys to owner, verification of inventory, and unit is free of damage.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed in the unit at any time.
• Our unit is NON-SMOKING.
